My critical comments: I do not get any learning point from this discussion. Nobody gave any clue how to select the leaders to run the country and who will hold them accountable. Before you even decide about leadership, first give me a path who and how you will right a constitution on to run the country. And how will you select the people writing the constitution. It is absolutely foolish to think you can gather only one mindset of people who can write the constitution for a country of 250 million people let alone an acceptable constitution for almost two billion people to create a Khilafat. I think it is a miracle that Pakistan has a constitution where all representative groups of society agreed and gave Allah and Islam the supreme authority in its preamble. Lets fix the short comings of it and fix it by voting and sending good people to the parliament. The other path is Inqlab/revolution. But in human history forceful inqlab never achieved anything except power. All these motivational scholars are just bubble and nothing. But that does not mean we discredit them. They are doing their share in contributing their thoughts for the betterment of society and that is what you will be asked and rewarded by Allah.

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَقْبِضُ الْعِلْمَ انْتِزَاعًا يَنْتَزِعُهُ مِنَ الْعِبَادِ ، وَلَكِنْ يَقْبِضُ الْعِلْمَ بِقَبْضِ الْعُلَمَاءِ ، حَتَّى إِذَا لَمْ يُبْقِ عَالِمًا اتَّخَذَ النَّاسُ رُءُوسًا جُهَّالًا ، فَسُئِلُوا فَأَفْتَوْا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ فَضَلُّوا وَأَضَلُّوا " آپ ﷺ فرماتے تھے کہ اللہ علم کو اس طرح نہیں اٹھا لے گا کہ اس کو بندوں سے چھین لے ۔ بلکہ وہ ( پختہ کار ) علماء کو موت دے کر علم کو اٹھائے گا ۔ حتیٰ کہ جب کوئی عالم باقی نہیں رہے گا تو لوگ جاہلوں کو سردار بنا لیں گے ، ان سے سوالات کیے جائیں گے اور وہ بغیر علم کے جواب دیں گے ۔ اس لیے خود بھی گمراہ ہوں گے اور لوگوں کو بھی گمراہ کریں گے ۔ Sahih Bukhari#100
